Where is the Processed Glutamic Acid Hiding?
Perhaps difficult to avoid entirely but as noted below, 'unadulterated' proteins do not cause adverse reactions. I have found this to be true with my own migraines. It's the processed Glutamic Acid that affect me.
So again, as you reduce the senstitivity of your brain, try to avoid the additives in foods that are high in glutamate. Back to Learn
